Category 1 provide the highest amount which RM 450 for Malaysia citizen with salary below RM 2000. Category 2 provide RM 300 for Malaysia citizen with salary from RM 3001 to RM 4000. Finally, in Category 3 provide RM 400 for Malaysia citizen with salary below RM 3000.

4)bank account number
5)IC card
6)Infomation about heir who has passed away.

First step go to the BR1M website and click the word "BORANG" as shown in the image above and click "PERMOHONAN BR1M 2018"

After click "PERMOHONAN BR1M 2018" you will see some document like the image above. So, you may print out all the document , fill it up and hang it up to the department. For example, PGRM in Maluri.
